15mm size SurfPaints contain 28 mL of paint which last for the equivalent of running the pen 220 m in straight line.
These pens hold up to what they boast and really do write on everything. Having said that, they aren't necessarily permanent on everything. If it's a non-porous plastic surface it'll take a while to dry and be reasonably permanent but you can still rub most of it off it needed. For using it on a surface outdoors I'd probably spray a little varnish on top just to help it stay. It won't come off with just water alone though.I would say that you should be sure to read the instructions printed on the side of each pen - first you need to shake them thoroughly, then push the nib down onto a piece of paper for about 10 seconds until the ink flows up into the nib.I really like these pens but I think I'll have to work hard to keep them out of the hands of my kids because they really love them too. This is a set of paint pens that I can easily recommend.
I’ve got a few sets of the surf paint pens as I love them all so much. They are uv stabilised too which is awesome for outside things. I’ve got mannequins and lampshades I painted outside many months ago and still look vibrant in colour despite being hit with our extreme summer sun and stormsI tried out the fluro pack on a small solar house with windmill. As per all the pens they make these are also great quality and lovely opaque paint.Cant fault these pens they are definitely the best brand of paint pens
I love these surf paints. I us acrylic markers a lot amd these are great quality. The fluoro colours are so bright and they look awesome. These are really well priced for the quality and I love that these are made by an Aussie company.
The colours are fun to use. Have used to do random colouring of shells. Used on surfboard and I thought it would be permanent but if rubbed with my finger slightly with water it comes off. Fun to use with rock designs and then spray with an ourdoor vanish for a longer permanent colour.
I love these paint pens. They are easy to use and have a good controlled flow, just as you would expect from a texta. They are vibrant in colour and quick dry, though you do still need to allow a small amount of time to dry to avoid smudging. I've used mine for labelling on a black surface and they are very effective.
